Wolesi Jirga- the National Assembly of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan expressed its regret because of the martyring the civilians by foreigner forces and terrorists during their military operations.

Meantime, they condemned the recent event’s accusers and have declared:

Any kind of military operation that eventuated the civilians’ causalities is against to the Shariat/ law and international convention, is condemned strongly by W.J.

We want to the government of Afghanistan to prevent the repetition of such painful occurrence through the diplomatic and legal urgent actions and demand to the international forces to coordinate their military operation with afghan national army, and organize their operations in terms of civilians’ rights and immunity, according to the national and intentional treaties.

The civilians’ causality would have horrible consequence and would be causing the internal and area crisis and war. So the international forces will be responsible for the civilians causalities of Afghanistan‘s nation.
