The Lower House’s Secretary General meets with Cecil Fore breet the French Foreign Affairs Ministry adviser for the democratic governance, in the National Assembly 

Both sides dialogue was over the capacity building, strengthen the parliamentarian groups and presenting the technical aids with the Afghanistan’s Lower House.       

The French Foreign Affairs Ministry adviser assured the House’s Secretary General from his government assist for strengthen the parliamentarian groups within the capacity building sectors, establishing TV network, strengthen the friendship parliamentarian groups between Afghanistan and French parliament.   

He had also suggested some of the Lower House’s Secretariat members for work capacity building travel to French.   

Next, the House’s Secretary General thanked the French ‘s aids with Afghanistan and added” according to the long term cooperation strategic document between Afghanistan and French had been signed, the French state will continue its aids till the Afghanistan state depend over itself”.

The cooperation treaty between the House’s Secretariat and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) had been signed in the National Assembly

The treaty had been signed by the Lower House secretary General and UNFPA director, it is included the House’s secretariat personnel work capacity building, triggering training workshops for the Lower House’ members and providing and mobilizing tools for Afghanistan’s parliament office.     

At the end, the House’s Secretary General deemed very significant the signing of treaty that had been included thousand of US dollar for strengthened the Afghanistan’s parliament, in addition he appreciated the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) aids with Afghanistan.
