Variety of issues were
discussed in today’s sessions
The
commission on International Affairs presided over by Mrs. Rahila Salim early
afternoon Sunday.

In
accordance to agenda, discussion took place in relation to President’s
legislative decree number 82 about some material of civil servants law
including President’s legislative decree number 10 in relation to creation office
for ex-president as a budgetary unit, after comprehensive discussion the
president’s decree figure 10 was rejected with majority votes.
Overall
in today’s session, parliamentarians discussed about provision implementation
of security and defensive cooperation agreement between the Islamic Republic of
Afghanistan and United States of America (USA) including military assistance to
Afghanistan.
In
recent, discussion took place in relation to received letters and petitions and
for more implementation necessary instructions was issued to related organs.
The
commission on Nomads Affairs, Frontiers, Immigrants and Displaced Families chaired by deputy
of commission Mrs. Hameeda Ahmadzai early afternoon Sunday.
In
the outset of the session, discussion took place in relation to Statutes of
Islamic Organizations about secure of food and it was verified with majority
votes.
Likewise,
discussion took place in relation to adding paragraph 2, article fifth law for
supervision of ministries and governmental offices, after comprehensive debate
and for more implementation was delayed to the next session.
Moreover
in today’s session, parliamentary lawmakers’ discussed in relation to
transferring budget of fiscal year 1393 to fiscal year 1394 and for more
implementation was postponed to the next session.
The
commission on Women Affairs, Civil Society and Human Rights chaired by Mrs.
Fawzai Kofi early afternoon Sunday.

In
the outset of the session, discussion took place in relation to adding
paragraph 2, article fifth law for supervision of ministries and governmental
offices, after comprehensive discussion the abovementioned issue was called incorrect
base on articles 77 of constitution.
In
recent, lawmaker Mrs. Shukria Esah Khail provided information about killing of
lady in district 11 of Kabul city.
The
commission on Disabled, Martyrs’ Survivors’ and Widows’ headed by Muhammad
Akbari early afternoon Sunday.

In
the outset of the session, discussion took place in relation to Islamic
Organizations’ Convention about anti international terrorism, after comprehensive
debate was confirmed with majority votes.
Overall
in today’s session, parliamentarians discussed about intergovernmental
agreement of landlocked ports which was send by international commission for
submitting of view, after debate and exchanging of views it was delayed to the
next session.
In
addition, discussion took place in relation to transferring budget of fiscal
year 1393 to fiscal year 1394 and after comprehensive debate it was postponed
to the next session.
At
the end of the session, discussion took place in relation to received letters
and petitions and for more implementation was send to related organs.
In the
Commission on Natural Resources and Environment session was held by
Mohammad Zakaria Sawda in the realm of
house, the session discussed the Islamic and Cooperation Convention for
fighting international terrorism and adding article in the house’s rule of
producer, both subjects are confirmed.
In addition
the fiscal transferring budget for 1393/94 was discussed and with observing
changes in the middle of 1394 fiscal year discussed.
Finally, the
received petition to the commission was discussed and addressed to the
concerned officials for performance.
In the Commission
on Finance, Budget session chaired by Muhammad Abdo in the realm of house.
According to the agenda the house commission on legislative’s purposed
amendments in the house’s rule of producer discussed in the session.
Next, draft
of Islamic Food Organization aimed
eliminating poverty, acquiring skills and technical science for the member
countries discussed, and regarding being significant, after the session have
given their comments the draft is
confirmed.
In the Commission
on Immunities, Rights and privileges of Jirga Members session chaired by
Shrif Commawal in the realm of house,
the session discussed the Kabul University’s evening students’ problems. They
said that most of the professors have not earned salary, so they have been stopped
teaching and the session expressed their comments regarding the issue.

Next, the
session invited UNDP and Alba organizations for explaining about contracts with
the house of people.
In addition,
minister of telecommunication and head MTN and ATRA invited to the next
commission session.
Finally, the
received petition to the commission was discussed and addressed to the
concerned officials for performance.
