The house delegation at their three days trip, attended 150^th anniversary of Saint Petersburg Declaration related to condemn using explosion weapons during the war, and 48^th inter parliamentary assembly of commonwealth countries in Saint Petersburg.

The house president said although Saint Petersburg declaration related to condemn using explosion weapons, the declaration has not been enforced and more weapons and bombs are produced for killing of many human round the world.

Mr. Ebrahimi called the war a disaster phenomenon which aimed to kill and destroy the human.

This treaty which is known as declaration, aims to forbid using weapons which is not only observed, but producing dangers weapons have been increased.

The house president said that there are ongoing wars in many countries around the world, and these countries used as laboratory of examination the produced weapons by industrial countries.

He said Afghanistan is the victims of terrorism phenomena and the Afghans suffering from this disaster a lot, so international committee should not leave alone Afghanistan in this regards, and help them to fight against this catastrophe.

The house president also attended the 48^th inter parliamentary assembly of commonwealth countries in Saint Petersburg, and delivered his speech regarding human rights. He said the commonwealth countries should collaborate regarding a new law.

In this trip, the house president accompanied by the house members, Muhammad Saleh Seljuq, Muhammad Hashim Utaraq and the house technical and policy deputy, Rahimullah Ghalib.
