The commission on national security, consolidating borders and domestic security was held under the chairmanship of Feda Muhammad Olfat early afternoon Saturday.

In the session, discussion took place regarding to current security condition throughout the country and in order to improve of security condition, necessary instructions was given to related organs.

Overall in today’s, session, parliamentary lawmakers discussed on President’s legislative decree regarding to law of arrangement of regional council and some adjustment in mentioned law.

At the end of the session, received complaints letters was discussed and for further implementations was sent to related organs.

The commission on telecommunication and transportation, urbanization, water and energy and municipalities was held under the chairmanship of Muhammad Akbar Sultanzada early afternoon Sunday.

In accordance to agenda, discussion took place in relation to middle budget fiscal year 1398 and for further debates it was postponed to next session.

Overall in today’s session, decision was made that head of the independent civil aviation department should be attend in next session in order to provide detail about raising of foreign and domestic tickets price.

The commission on Legal and Judicial, Administrative Reforms and Anti-Corruption was held under the chairmanship Sayed Muhammad Hassan Sharifi Balkhabi early afternoon Sunday.

Initially, discussion took place in relation to statute of the regional institute, standardization, evaluation, confirmative of competence and recognition of ECO’s measurement.

Overall, after comprehensive assessment about the mentioned statute and hearing of information by deputy chief of commission Khalid Asad, the mentioned statute was verified.

Likewise in today’s session, MPs discussed in relation to privilege and immunities agreements of the world fund for anti HIV, Tuberculosis and Malaria and members of the commission expressed their views in this regard, in result it was verified with majority votes.

Similarly in the session, discussion took place in relation to middle budget fiscal year 1398 and after comprehensive discussion it was delayed to next session for further debates and assessment.

Moreover in today’s session, members of the commission discussed on establishment of independent administrations and directorates, after presenting of views decision was made that for more debate the issue should be discussed in next session.

The commission on Defensive Affairs and Territorial Integrity was held under the chairmanship of Mir Haidar Afzali early afternoon Sunday.

In accordance to agenda, discussion took place about middle budget fiscal year 1398; MPs assured that at the middle budget draft, budget has been allocated for new administrations which are created by President decree and it needs verifying of national assembly.

Lawmaker Ali Akbar Jamshidi spoke in relation to security condition of Daikondi province, added, Taliban had attacked on police station in Kajaran district of Daikondi province which 9 security forces were killed and 6 injured.

Overall, members of the commission urged that security organs including ministry of defense, interior affairs and national directorate of security(NDS) should pay urgent attention for ensuring of people’s security and equipping of police and national army.

The commission on National Economy, Agriculture and Livestock, Rural Development and Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) was held under the chairmanship of Abdul Aziz Hakimi early afternoon Saturday.

Initially of the session, the middle budget fiscal year 1398 was discussed and members of the commission discussed and exchanged views on decorations and its reasons at the development and ordinary budget of year 1398, which shows deficit budget AFs 12.6 billion in the middle year changes and increase of AFs 260 million.

Overall in today’s session, MPs discussed on President’s legislative decree in relation to creation of new administrative units in the name of Bala Murghan district to Shoraba center at the framework of Ghor province, they presented their views in this regard, in result it was verified with majority votes.

At the meantime, people representatives discussed on decree of presidential cabinet about adjustment draft of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) to Rebuilding and Rural Development Ministry, they presented their views in this regard, in result the mentioned draft was verified with majority votes, meanwhile instruction was given that the mentioned issue should be send in permanent commissions in order to taking of views.

The commission on Financial and Budget was held under the chairmanship of Muhammad Azim Muhseni, discussion took place in relation to changes at the middle budget fiscal year 1398, and MPs presented their views and suggestion in this regard.

The session was attended by minister of transport with his team work and provided information about decrease at the development projects.

Overall in today’s session, after presenting of information by transport minister, decision was made that finance minister should be attend in next session in order to provide details in relation to problems of budgetary units.

The commission on International Affairs was held under the chairmanship of Helmand Helmand, discussion took place in relation to changes at the budget draft middle year 1398, and MPs presented their views in this regard.

Overall members of the commission supported the effective points at the budget draft middle year 1398, even assured that those points which causes decrease of revenue should be identify and even reasonable ways should be find in the light of law.
