Brishana Rabi daughter of Mir-Ghulm Mohammad was born in Bulkh, in 1340. She is  married and lives in Kabul, she is  representing Bulkh province at house of people’s 17^th legislative terms. She has a master degree in law school and worked in civil society, as well as, she was instructor and manager of Roshana Bulkhi and Fathima Bulkhi high schools. Ms Rabi was a human activist, civil society activist and was active at Women Networks.
