Zakia Sangeen daughter of Abdul Hashim was born in Sayadan
village, Parwan province, in 1357. She is single, lives in Parwan and
representing Parwan at house of people’s 17th term. She majored in
Science school and taught at Istiqal and Malalai high schools. Ms. Saneen was
member of educational monitoring academy for 3 years, instructor of capacity
building, and founder of Sayadan female high school.
