Al-Haj Hamidullah Tokhyy  son of Amir Tala was born in Zubol, in 1341. Mr. Tokhi is representative of Zabul province at house of people’s 17^th terms; he is married and lives in Kabul. He is studied up to bakalorya and was a military commander of Zubul province. Mr. Tokhi was mayor of Zabul in 1383 and representative of Zabul since 15^th legislative term.
