Varieties of issues were
discussed in today’s commissions
The Commission on National
Economy, Agriculture and Livestock, Rural Development and Non-governmental
Organization chaired by Abdul Aziz Hakimi, early afternoon Sunday.
Initially, discussion took place
over the country’s security and economic condition, MPs expressed their concerns in relation to
the current condition of the country which caused increase of poverty and had impacted negative on investment.
Overall in today’s session,
members of the commission discussed on President’s legislative decree#(173)
date 1399/12/14, in relation to amendment item 6, part(1) articles 17th
law of counter narcotic, MPs presented their views, resulting the aforementioned
amendment endorsed with majority votes.
The Commission on Central Audit and
Oversight for Implementation of Law chaired by deputy of commission, Muhammad
Nahim Wardak, early afternoon Sunday.
In accordance to
agenda, discussion took place over President’s legislative decree#(173) date
1399/12/14, about amendment item 6, part(1) article 17th law on
counter narcotic and intoxicants.
Overall in today’s
session, members of the session discussed on President’s legislative
decree#(171) date 1399/12/14, in relation to amendment articles 26 law on competence and formation
of judicial power.
Furthermore, the
President’s legislative decree#(172) date 1399/12/14 in relation to amendment articles 73 of criminal enforcement law for the review of
time was endorsed in today’s session.
The Commission on Legal and Judicial, Administrative Reforms and
Anti-Corruption was held under the chairmanship of Muhammad Rahim Ali Yar with
the participation of Kabul police chief and head of rights for Kabul, Sunday
early afternoon.
In accordance to
agenda, discussion took place in
relation to received petition letter of
some residents of Deh Sabz district of of Kabul province, those who had came to
country after emigration from Pakistan, they
had purchased land for living over there, but now their lands had grabbed by a
person name Hussain Fahim.
At the meantime, MPs
discussed ion petition letter of Faqer Muhammad Wakil.
The Commission on Immunity, Rights and MPs Privileges
chaired by Gul Ahmad Noorzad, on Sunday early afternoon.
In accordance to agenda, discussion took
place on President’s legislative decree about acquisition law and lands which passes
from the route of TAPI Pipeline, MPs presented a series of their views,
resulting it was endorsed with majority votes.
Overall, the draft law on Meteorology(Wieghts
and Scales) was discussed, resulting the economy commission views was endorsed.
Likewise in today’s session, discussion took
place on compliant and petition letter of lawmaker Nazifa Zaki, decision was
made that Kabul deputy mayor, head of
district 9 including police chief for district( PD9) should attend in next
session (Jawza 11) to provide details for General Nazifa Zaki’s complaint about incorrect
behavior of police organs against MPs.
The Commission on
Religious and Cultural Affairs, Education and Higher Education, Haj and Islamic
Affairs chaired by deputy of commission, Nahmatullah Karyab, Sunday early
afternoon.
Initially in the
session, MPs discussed and exchanged views over amendment draft on some materials of law for regulation of water, resulting the exclusive
commission view was endorsed.
Likewise in today’s
session, the draft law on administration of technical and vocational education was
endorsed into 5 chapters and 39 articles.
