of issues were discussed in today’s commissions
The Commission on International Affairs chaired
by Atiqullah Rahmin, early afternoon Tuesday.
In accordance to agenda, discussion took
place over the country’s security condition and each one talked in this regard.

Overall in today’s session, MPs discussed
about law on acquisitions of lands for TAPI Gas Pipeline project route which had
been approved into 5 chapters and 29 articles by President’s legislative decree
and it was sent to Wolesi Jirga.
After comprehensive discuss and asses a
series of amendments the mentioned decree was sent to related commission.
Overall, discussion took place over
amendment articles 73 for criminal enforcement law which had been sent by legal
and judicial commission, resulting the mentioned amendment endorsed.

Furthermore in today’s session, members of
the commission discussed and assessed on received petition letters and for
solving of problems of complainants, written letters was sent to related
organs.
The Commission on Central Audit and
Oversight for Implementation of Law chaired by deputy of
commission, Muhammad Nahim Wardak, early afternoon Tuesday.
In accordance to agenda, discussion took
place over the commission’s delegation auditing travel to Nangarhar province
date 1399/09/12, MPs confirmed existence of problems in municipality, and canal
and customs directorate of the mentioned province, decision was made that the travel
report should send to related agencies after taking of comprehensive views of
members.
The Commission on Immunity, Rights and MPs Privileges was held
under the chairmanship of Gul Ahmad Noorzad, early afternoon Tuesday.
Initially in today’s session, lawmaker
Lailuma Hakami was obtained membership of the commission also she was
elected as secretary of the commission.
In accordance to agenda, discussion took
place over law on selling of used goods of governable agencies (second hand tools)
and task was given to the commission’s advisor to provide necessary information
about the mentioned issue in next session.
Overall in today’s session, MPs discussed on
amendment articles 26 law of formation and competences of legal and judicial
power, resulting the legal and judicial commission views endorsed.
The Commission on Natural Resources and
Environment chaired by Khan Muhammad Khan, Tuesday early afternoon
Tuesday.
In accordance to agenda, discussion took place
regarding to draft law on financial and revenues the related commission’s
proposed amendments, MPs presented their views and suggestions in this regard, resulting
the commission’s proposed amendments endorsed.
Likewise in today’s session, members of the
commission discussed on Metrology law draft (Weights and Scales) and the
commission’s proposed amendments, resulting the commission’s views endorsed.
