Varieties
of the country important issues were discussed in today’s commissions
The Commission on International Affairs chaired by
Atiqullah Ramin, early afternoon Sunday.
In accordance to agenda, comprehensive discussion took place over the
current condition of the country, presenting view that all the problems should
be solved by uniting of the three forces of the country.
Overall in today’s session, members of the
commission discussed on the following laws:
1-law
on counter narcotic, amendment part 6, item 1 articles 17,
2-
Amendment articles 26 law of formation and competences of judicial force.
3- Amendment of articles 6 law on
translation affairs and certification of official’s documents.
4- President’s legislative decree about law
on the sale of used goods of government’s offices.
Resulting the aforementioned laws was
delivered to the experts members of the commission in order to debate on.
Likewise in today’s session, discussion took
place over received letters.
The Commission on Finance and Budget, General Accounts and Banking Affairs was held under the chairmanship of Mir Afghan Safi, early afternoon
Sunday.
The session were attended by Minister of Urban Development and Lands,
Mahmood Karzai, Minister of Communication,
Information Technology, Dr. Mahsoma Khawari,
deputy minister for construction, Mrs. Sahr Hamdard, general director of
finance and administration for ministry of urban development including a few
other officials of the both ministries as well.
Initially, head of finance and budget commission, Mir Afghan Safi presented
information in relation to the revenues plan, the targeted goal for incomes of
government’s authorities in fiscal year 1400 and collected revenues of the
ministries of urban development, communication and information technology, and
presented his questions in this regard.
Overall, members of the commission presented their questions and answered
by related officials for ministries of Urban Development and Lands including
Communication and Information Technology.
The Commission on
Immunity, Rights and MPs privileges chaired by Gul Ahmad
Noorzad, early afternoon Sunday.
The session were
attended by state minister for parliamentary affairs, senior deputy of security
for ministry of interior affairs, unit commander for ministry of interior
affairs, Kabul police chief, commander for airport including protocol official for
Hamid Karzai International Airport, discussion took place in relation to
complaints of some MPs due to incorrect behavior of some police against people
representatives and some other issues.
The Commission on
National Economy, Agriculture and Livestock, Rural Development and
Non-governmental Organizations chaired by Abdul Aziz
Hakimi, early afternoon Sunday.
Initially in the
session, head of the commission briefed report about his recent trip to Pakistan
in attend to PAECO conference, he went on to say, Afghanistan obtained
membership of the PAECO and the 3rd round of PAECO conference will
be held by hosting of Afghanistan.
The Commission on
Health, Youth, Physical Education chaired by Dr. Yar
Baz Hameedi with the participation of acting minister of public health.
In the session, head
of the commission welcomed acting minister and asked him to present information
about outbreak of 3rd wave of Coronavirus (Covid 19).
Acting minister of
public health presented information in relation to measures regarding to the 3rd
wave of Coronavirus.
At the meantime,
members of the commission, presented their questions about lack of unclosed
wedding halls, baths, clubs and Gyms including shortage of Oxygen in hospitals,
shortage of expert personal for treatment of Coronavirus, lack of people
awareness about harms of Covid 19, lack of payment of salaries for health employees
in center and provinces by government and cooperate organizations and existence
of problems at the Muhammad Ali Jinnah hospital.
The Commission on Domestic Affairs and Security chaired by Khan Rezayee, early
afternoon Sunday.
Initially in the session, comprehensive discussion
took place in relation to the country’s security and defensive condition and
each one presented their views about challenges, problems and insecurity in all
provinces.
In accordance to agenda, chief of security and
Kabul police chief had been invited to
attend in today’s session to provide information about insecurity, targeted
killings, terror and increase criminal crimes in Kabul city, districts,
Kabul-Parwan highways, Kabul-Nangarhar highways, Kabul- Logar highways and
Kabul- Maidan highways, but, they were not attended in the session.
Overall in today’s session, discussion took
place over President’s legislative decree# 43 about law on acquisition of lands
for TAPI gas Pipeline Projects Routs and it was endorsed.
